What we collect
- Your first name and email address.
- The goals you write, your 12-month picture for each, and how close you rated yourself.
- Your answers to the 12 audit questions and your resulting scores.
- Whether you chose to receive marketing emails.
- If you join the newsletter or the Renaissance Challenge waitlist: your first name, email, and any feat you suggest.
- If you send a speaking inquiry: your name, email, organization and event details.
How we use it
- To build your personalised results. Your goals and scores are sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) only to generate those results.
- To send you your results and, only if you ticked the box, emails about the workshop, programs and tips.
- To improve the audit and our programs, using combined, anonymous patterns.
Email consent
We only send marketing emails if you gave express consent by ticking the box. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour requests within 10 business days, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Netlify) and any email platform we use. We do not sell your information. Please don't include health, financial account or other sensitive details in your goals.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@example.com.
